    **Purpose:** The Associate Director, Commercial Engagement & Operations (CEO) will lead all CEO aspects of the CAPLYTA integration, spanning Incentive Compensation (define and develop a compensation program that aligns with the organization’s strategic plan and which compliantly drives incremental sales growth), Commercial Optimization & Deployment (leading the strategy and execution of field force structure, sizing, targeting & investment), and Commercial Operations & Reporting (call planning operations, sales force alignments & roster management, oversight of field inquires through the @your service model, field reporting design, development & operations).

    You will be responsible for:

    + Will operate as the PMO for the Commercial Engagement & Operations (CEO) team for the CAPLYTA integration.

    + Will lead, manage, advise, and provide updates & recommendations on CEO deliverables to the broader CAPLYTA integration team.

    + Ensure the CAPLYTA IC plans incorporate all JJIM IC design, strategy and principles as supported by current North American Leadership Team (NALT) guidelines.

    + Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of all CEO CAPLYTA integration deliverables.

    + This position will partner closely with Sales & Marketing Leadership, as well as Strategy Transformation & Analytics (StAT) functional groups, including but not limited to IC, COD, COR, Commercial Engagement & Data Transformation (CEDT), Strategy Insights & Analytics (SIA), Business Technology, Legal, HCC and multiple external vendors.

    + This position will initiate and lead critical IC, COD and COR CAPLYTA related projects as needed.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred.

    + 8-10 years of Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience required.

    + Pharmaceutical experience in at least two of the following functional areas: Incentive Compensation, Commercial Deployment & Optimizations, Sales/Commercial Operations (Call Plan & Alignments), Field Reporting and Syndicated Pharmaceutical Data (i.e., IMS).

    + Knowledge of the development, implementation & maintenance of sales incentive programs, which align to a budget and support the business objectives of the brand and franchise.

    + Knowledge of the overall commercial deployment process including data sets for segmentation & targeting, inputs and handoffs, and analytical methodologies used to inform sales force sizing.

    + Excellent communication skills (written and presentation), ability to consult & influence all levels of management without authority.

    + Detail-oriented, ability to manage complexity with strong project management skills, including vendor management.

    + Ability to organize/analyze multiple data sources and events into a cohesive output.

    + Knowledge of field forces/brands across Neuroscience marketplace.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    120,000 – 207,000
