Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our corporate team in North Scottsdale as we continue to expand across the nation.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Journal Entry Preparation – Accurately record and manage financial transactions.

    + Account Reconciliations – Ensure the integrity of financial data through comprehensive reconciliations.

    + Month-End Close – Assist with timely month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    + Audit Assistance – Collaborate with external auditors to provide necessary financial documentation.

    + Financial Reporting – Support the preparation of financial reports for management review.

    + Accounts Payable – Process and track company payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.

    + Additional Responsibilities – Take on various accounting and finance tasks as needed.

    What We're Looking For:

    + Education – A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a closely related field (Finance, Business, Financial Planning, etc. with accounting classes taken).

    + Experience – Previous accounting internships or relevant part-time/full-time work experience preferred.

    + Skills – Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and flexibility in handling various tasks independently and as part of a small team.

    + Communication – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

    + Technical Proficiency – Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) required.

    Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annual salary
