    We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician. In this position, you are part of a highly skilled team that is critical in supporting production and ensuring equipment is operational to consistently meet production goals and our customers' needs.

     

    As a Maintenance Associate, you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain all mechanical equipment in the plant and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, determine the problem, and implement the repair. This position requires an understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Qualified candidates must be able to read and interpret drawings and blueprints proficiently and make necessary modifications.

    ESSENTIAL TASKS:

    + Plan, layout and perform all required operations to install, maintain and repair a wide variety of plant equipment and accessories.

    + Effectively troubleshoot using manuals, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and eliminate problems as they arise.

    + Safely install, maintain, and upgrade 3 phase motor control systems, AC/DC circuits, possess understanding of basic relay logic.

    + Understand electric conveyor furnaces

    + Understand fluid power systems; troubleshoot, install, and repair power units, valve operation, cylinders, motors, pumps

    + Perform basic fabrication by cutting and welding operations

    + Perform preventative maintenance on equipment using standard practices and procedures.

    + Maintain work areas, tools and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

    + Follow all company and equipment safety guidelines and ethics rules.

    + Able to work modified hours during maintenance activities.

    NON-ESSENTIAL TASKS:

    + Maintain lift truck operators license, main lift and other material handling equipment.

    + Perform other duties as requested.
