As we prepare for this next chapter, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our reopening efforts and drive long-term success.
Job Summary
We are looking for a forward-thinking, highly motivated, and collaborative Director of Operations to spearhead the relaunch and ongoing development of Nova Vita Wellness Centers. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning and execution of a new clinic launch, while leading key areas including operations, marketing, and investor engagement.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
+ Building and managing a cross-functional team including marketing (via 3rd-party agencies and/or internal marketing staff), operations (including an administrative/procurement manager), and investor relations.
+ Leading strategic and operational planning for the clinic relaunch, including systems, staffing, and service rollout.
+ Executing growth-driven sales and marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness and patient acquisition.
+ Developing investor relations strategies to strengthen existing partnerships and foster new investment opportunities.
+ Creating a culture of excellence through recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing team members across both clinical and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
+ Oversee daily operations of multiple clinic locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence.
+ Develop and implement standardized procedures, workflows, and best practices to optimize clinic performance.
+ Collaborate with clinical providers and medical directors to resolve operational issues and support high-quality care delivery.
Strategic Planning & Execution
+ Assist in formulating and executing both short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
+ Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Staff Management & Development
+ Lead, mentor, and support clinic managers and frontline staff, ensuring strong team performance and engagement.
+ Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional development.
+ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution processes.
Financial Oversight
+ Monitor clinic budgets and financial performance, including revenue cycle and cost-control measures.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance revenue generation and reduce operating expenses.
+ Ensure financial practices align with billing, inventory control, and reporting standards.
Compliance & Quality
+ Ensure all clinic sites are in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA.
+ Support and lead quality improvement initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
+ Maintain accreditation and licensure standards across all clinic sites.
Patient Experience & Engagement
+ Champion a patient-first culture that prioritizes access, communication, and quality of care.
+ Implement improvements that reduce wait times and enhance the overall patient experience.
+ Address patient feedback and complaints with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
Qualifications
Education:
+ Doctorate degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, Public Health, or related field (Preferred).
+ Master’s degree in healthcare administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or Public Health (MPH) may be considered with extensive experience
Experience:
+ Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations.
+ At least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-site or multi-clinic operations.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare systems, regulatory requirements, and clinical operations.
Skills:
+ Strong leadership and team development abilities
+ Financial management and data analysis proficiency
+ Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proficient in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and healthcare technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Lean Six Sigma certification or formal process improvement training
+ Experience with clinic expansion or scaling initiatives
+ Familiarity with value-based care models and patient satisfaction frameworks
