The susscessful candidate will:

• Perform functional, performance, and environmental tests on electronic components and assemblies\.

• Assist in developing test procedures, test plans, and documentation for new and existing products\.

• Operate and maintain lab/test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters\.

• Record and analyze test data to identify trends, issues, or performance concerns\.

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to test failures or product defects\.

• Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues\.

• Maintain detailed and accurate test records, logs, and reports\.

• Follow safety and ESD protocols in the lab environment\.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\.

• 0–2 years of experience in electronics testing or related role \(internships/co\-ops acceptable\)\.

• Basic understanding of analog and digital circuit principles\.

• Familiarity with reading schematics, datasheets, and test documentation\.

• Hands\-on experience with electronic test equipment in a lab or academic setting\.

• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills\.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills\.

• Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting\.

Must be a US Citizen\.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with automated test systems or scripting languages \(e\.g\., Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB\)\.

• Exposure to PCB\-level debugging and soldering/rework techniques\.

• Knowledge of product compliance testing \(EMC, safety, thermal\)\.

• Familiarity with manufacturing test processes and test fixtures\.

• Understanding of industry standards \(IPC, ISO, MIL\-STD, etc\.\)\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
