Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Handle entry of new clients

+ Correspond for paperwork as needed

+ Maintain client related updates

+ Mergers and acquisitions

+ Update Submission related contacts

+ Maintain agency commissions in Admin and Commission sheet

+ Maintain Agency/Producer workflow

+ Additional responsibilities as needed

Qualification/Requirements:

+ Minimum of 1 year Insurance experience, preferred but not required.

+ Analytical skills to identify gather and organize information and provide recommendation.

+ Customer focused attitude and customer service skills to resolve inquiries quickly and effectively

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Demonstrated initiative to complete assignments and obtain results

+ Ability to work in a team environment to support overall profitability initiatives

+ Solid organizational skills including: time-management, prioritization and attention to detail

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Products

+ Basic computer skills

+ Basic math skills

Education*:

+ Insurance 101

+ New Employee Series (PIA)

+ Business Skills (USLI, work with manager to determine which classes are best)

*If a new associate, all classes should be taken within the first 18 months of employment.
