    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate haul trucks to safely transport raw materials within the plant or quarry.

    + Conduct pre-shift inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment.

    + Monitor material loads to ensure proper placement and volume.

    + Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations.

    + Support plant operations by assisting with general labor tasks as needed.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

    + Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.

    + Willingness to work in varying weather and site conditions.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
