PRN Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

What You'll Do:

+ Complete comprehensive initial and follow-up assessments

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update care plans

+ Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers

+ Monitor and document changes in patient condition

+ Advocate for patients while offering emotional and clinical support

+ Communicate with physicians, facility staff, and care teams

+ Educate facility staff on hospice philosophy and symptom management

What You’ll Need:

+ Current RN license in Michigan

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)

+ Minimum 1 year clinical experience (hospice or home health preferred)

+ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

+ Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

+ Able to travel within Oakland County as needed

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical nursing duties
