Job Description
The Document Support Representative I will handle a variety of document services tasks including sorting, scanning, indexing, and mail operations. This role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Performance will be tracked through KPIs and reporting tools.

Skills and Requirements
1+ years of experience in document processing
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Familiarity with general office equipment (computers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
Valid Drivers License
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet high-volume KPIs while maintaining quality
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Experience scanning and indexing documents
Ability to print, organize, and distribute system-generated documents
Handling inbound/outbound mail and courier packages
Operating mail equipment (printers, scanners, cutter machines)
Managing electronic mail inboxes for various document requests
Occasional mail delivery to Post Office or FedEx drop-off
Tracking personal performance metrics
Completing department reports
Responding to internal and external customer inquiries
Offering process improvement suggestions
Performing other duties as assigned null
