    An employer is looking for an agile and detail-oriented IT Communications Coordinator to join our IT organization. As the IT Communications Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for internal communications, documentation, and presentation development. Youll support collaboration between our internal teams and external vendors, ensuring information is clearly captured and effectively delivered across all levels of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join to join the early stages of a $300 million-dollar transformative program set to kick off at the end of this year and will run over the course of the next 5 years!

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Experience with Presentation Development - Craft high-impact PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive briefings, team updates, and stakeholder communications.

     

    - Excellent documentation & vendor coordination - Scribe meeting notes, capture requirements, and assemble documentation in collaboration with third-party system integrators.

     

    - Experience with SharePoint Management - maintain and update SharePoint sites for enhanced document sharing, navigation, and resource accessibility.

     

    - Previous experience with newsletter & internal communications - support the creation and distribution of internal newsletters that highlight IT initiatives and foster organizational transparency.

     

    - Content Development for All Levels of Leadership - produce and adapt content suitable for technical and non-technical audiences across business units.

     

    - Microsoft Office Suite Expertise - leverage expert-level skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to support project tracking, reporting, and communication tasks.

     

    - Comfortability with managing any program tasks that need support - Organizational newsletters, putting together presentations, and deck creation. null
