    Job Description

    osition Summary: Loan Specialist/jr loan officer responsible for managing and resolving delinquent loan accounts, running credit applications and helping to approve loans . This role involves contacting borrowers to negotiate repayment plans, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. The specialist works closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    Compensation:

    $25/hr to $35/hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.

     

    Minimum of 3+ years of experience in loan collections or a related field.

     

    Familiarity with collections software and tools.

     

    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

     

    A NMLS license or prior loan officer experince is a huge plus. null
