Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking an Oracle Database Architect to join their team. As an Oracle Database Architect, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Oracle Database Architect

**Location:** Atlanta, GA

What's the Job?

+ Design, configure, and implement Oracle Absence Management and OTL modules to meet business requirements.

+ Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions.

+ Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and compliance.

+ Lead implementation efforts, including data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.

+ Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience with Oracle Absence Management Cloud and Oracle Time and Labor modules.

+ Strong understanding of union rules and timekeeping complexities in unionized environments.

+ Experience working in or supporting the construction industry.

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
