    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to assist our local client on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract top talent and build a strong, diverse workforce.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

     

    Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.

     

    Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.

     

    Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

     

    Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience.

     

    Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

     

    Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.

     

    Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

     

    2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

     

    Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

     

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

     

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

     

    High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
