    Responsibilities

    • Input, update, and maintain data in organizational databases and systems.

    • Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing source documents.

    • Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete data.

    • Organize and maintain files, records, and reports for easy access.

    • Assist with generating reports and preparing documents as required.

    • Follow data entry processes and organizational standards to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role preferred.

    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word), familiarity with data management software is an asset.

    • Key Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism.
