Description
We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Spanish Sales Representative to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your sales career. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, contributing to both inbound and outbound sales efforts while building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries efficiently and convert leads into successful sales.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide input on improving sales processes and strategies.
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
• Prior experience in inside sales, direct sales, inbound, or outbound sales.
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
