Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk / Entry-Level AR Analyst

We’re partnering with a dynamic manufacturing company seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk / Entry-Level AR Analyst to join their growing team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys transactional work but also has a knack for analysis and wants to expand their skills over time.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process and post incoming payments accurately and timely
+ Perform daily AR tasks including invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation
+ Assist with collections efforts and follow up on outstanding accounts
+ Support credit reviews and evaluate customer creditworthiness
+ Generate and maintain aging reports and assist with account analysis
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing or payment issues
+ Identify trends or discrepancies in AR data and support reporting efforts
+ Participate in process improvements and special projects as needed
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
+ 1+ year of AR, billing, or general accounting experience (internships count!)
+ Comfortable with Excel and has a curious, analytical mindset
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Eager to learn and grow into a more analytical role over time
+ Manufacturing or B2B experience is a plus, but not required

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting (internships included).
• Proficiency in Excel and a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A willingness to learn and grow into a more analytical role over time.
• Experience in the manufacturing or B2B sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with cash applications, billing functions, and handling commercial collections.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
