Commitment: Part-time, 5-10 hours per week

We're looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a TikTok Live Creator, Planner, and Manager to drive engaging live content for our diverse range of pet-focused clients.

The Opportunity: Are you a TikTok pro with a love for pets and a knack for live streaming? We're seeking a talented individual to strategize, create, and execute captivating TikTok Live content that resonates with pet owners and drives engagement for our clients. This hybrid role offers flexibility while requiring some in-person presence in Orlando for specific live streams, content planning sessions, or client meetings.

Responsibilities:

+ Live Content Strategy & Planning:

+ Develop comprehensive TikTok Live content calendars and strategies tailored to individual pet brand client goals (e.g., product launches, educational content, Q& A, behind-the-scenes).

+ Research trending TikTok sounds, filters, and formats to incorporate into live streams.

+ Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, products, and target audience to ensure alignment in live content.

+ Live Stream Execution:

+ Host engaging and interactive TikTok Live sessions, showcasing pet products, demonstrating their use, and interacting with viewers in real-time.

+ Manage live chat, respond to comments and questions, and foster a positive and energetic community atmosphere.

+ Ensure high-quality audio and video production during live streams.

+ Potentially feature pets (your own or client-provided, with proper handling and care) in live content to enhance engagement and product demonstration.

+ Content Creation & Promotion:

+ Develop short-form video content (e.g., teasers, highlights) to promote upcoming live sessions across TikTok and potentially other social platforms.

+ Repurpose successful live stream clips for evergreen content.

+ Performance Tracking & Reporting:

+ Monitor key TikTok Live metrics (e.g., viewership, engagement, sales conversions if applicable).

+ Provide regular reports on live stream performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

+ Trend Monitoring:

+ Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices for live streaming.

+ Identify new opportunities for pet brands to leverage TikTok Live.

+ Client Communication:

+ Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients regarding live stream plans, performance, and feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience as a TikTok Live host/creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging live content.

+ Deep understanding of the TikTok platform, its features, and algorithms, especially related to live streaming.

+ Genuine passion for pets and the pet industry. Experience with pet products is a plus.

+ Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to be authentic, energetic, and articulate on camera.

+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage multiple live content initiatives simultaneously.

+ Familiarity with basic live streaming equipment (ring lights, microphones, stable internet connection).

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

+ Must reside in or near Orlando, FL, and be available for occasional in-person work as required.

+ Access to a reliable internet connection and appropriate live streaming setup.

Bonus Points If You Have:

+ Experience working with or for pet brands.

+ Knowledge of TikTok Shop features and live shopping best practices.

+ Basic video editing skills for creating promotional content.
