Description

We’re seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our growing data team and help drive the design and implementation of scalable data solutions. This role will play a key part in building and optimizing our data infrastructure using SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric to deliver powerful insights that fuel business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using advanced SQL

+ Work with large-scale datasets across cloud and on-prem environments

+ Build and maintain data models optimized for Power BI dashboards and reporting

+ Implement and manage data solutions in Microsoft Fabric, including Real-Time Analytics and Lakehouse

+ Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions

+ Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across all platforms

+ Document processes, data flows, and architecture

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or similar roles

+ Advanced proficiency in SQL for data transformation and analysis

+ Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX and data modeling

+ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or willingness to upskill quickly

+ Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and architecture

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, or Databricks

+ Knowledge of data governance, cataloging, and compliance standards

+ Background in Python or other scripting languages is a plus

+ Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments
