    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Arlington, Texas.     Responsibilities:

    • Process and verify incoming invoices to ensure accurate coding and timely payments.

    • Manage accounts payable transactions, including ACH payments and check runs.

    • Maintain detailed and organized records of financial data for auditing purposes.

    • Reconcile discrepancies in vendor accounts and resolve payment issues professionally.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper approval workflows for invoices.

    • Prepare regular financial reports related to accounts payable activities.

    • Monitor payment schedules and ensure compliance with company policies.

    • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts payable operations. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.

    • Strong knowledge of invoice coding and payment processing, including ACH and check runs.

    • Familiarity with financial systems and software used in accounts payable.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.

    • Effective communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
