• Adjunct Instructor - Electrical

    SUNY Delhi (Delhi, NY)


     

    SUNY Delhi seeks a dynamic, forward-thinking, and engaging part-time (12 hours a week) faculty member to join the Electrical Program starting Fall 2025. The position is in a two-year Associate Degree program that prepares graduates for employment as electricians and electrical control technicians. Desirable candidates will have credentials to handle a freshman electrical construction laboratory course. SUNY Delhi prides itself on being a welcoming college community for all.     Requirements:

    Teaching Responsibilities|

    + Provide evidence-based instruction following the policies set forth by the College

    + Post and keep regular office hours for the convenience of students

    Job Requirements:

    + Associate's Degree* and five years of experience as an electrician OR

    + High school diploma* and fifteen years of experience as an electrician.

    Preferred Qualifications|

    + Experience in teaching or working with young adults

    + Demonstrated ability to teach diverse populations

    + Certifications and/or licensure

    Additional Information:

    + Salary $13,500 for the Fall 2025 semester (August 25 - December 12th, 3 days a week)
