    Overview

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Perform remodeling and/or maintenance of Agency property or rentals, including facilities, vehicles and Offices. Primary duties include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, lawn care/landscaping, snow removal, fire detection and sprinklers, and vehicle repair/maintenance, among others.

    + Ensure all maintenance is performed in compliance with various building, fire, AFH, CBRF and other applicable codes.

    + Complete all required documentation required by Clarity Care.

    + Act as a fill in driver when deemed necessary by Supervisor.

    + Assist with inventory delivery to various facilities.

    + Assist with snow plowing various facility locations as needed.

    + Participate in the on-call rotation.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Experience, knowledge/background, skills and relevant experience in general maintenance procedures.

    + Valid WI driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.

    + Pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
