    Job Description:

    Service Desk Remote Support - Doral, FL

     

    General Dynamics is seeking individuals to work on our customer's Enterprise Service Desk supporting the Southern Command's daily mission.

    Chosen analyst will:

    + Provide expertise in the formulation of systems' scope and objectives.

    + Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats.

    + Design and develop computer system specifications that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's/customer's information systems architecture standards.

    + Create or modify procedures to solve technical problems related to computer systems and programs.

    + Collect and perform analysis on information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system with moderate supervision.

    + Prepare in-depth flow charts, models, and procedures along with conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.

    + Conduct form design and layout activities with moderate guidance from manager.

    + Perform preparation of systems specifications.

    + Under moderate supervision, prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.

    + Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.

    + Perform analysis and system designs.

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years of experience

    + **Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required**

    + AA/AS Degree (or equivalent experience)

    + Secret Clearance required to start with ability to obtain a TS/SCI

    + Computing Environment (e.g., MD-100/WIN 10 etc.) certification.

    + DoD 8570.01 IAT-II certification (e.g., Security + CE or equivalent)

    The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
