At BMW of Des Moines, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and enhancing our brand's reputation. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories

+ Provide accurate information on parts availability and pricing

+ Process orders and manage inventory

+ Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts

+ Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Qualifications:

+ Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

+ Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not necessary

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to work well in a team environment

+ Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
