• Nurse Manager- Behavioral Health

    Nurse Manager- Registered Nurse

    **Reports to:** Clinical Director / Medical Director

    **Supervises:** Floor nurses, CNAs, LVNs/LPNs, RN's unit staff

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Manages **day-to-day operations** of a specific unit or shift

    + Handles **scheduling** , training, and team coordination

    + Assists in **performance evaluations** and coaching staff

    + Addresses **immediate patient care concerns**

    + Ensures proper **documentation and charting**

    + May **work the floor** as needed

    **Scope:** Narrower, unit-focused, more involved in direct care and staff oversight.
