    Description:

    + Assist in planning and conducting practices, training sessions, and team events.

    + Supports the Head Coach in teaching cheer techniques, routines, stunts, and safety procedures.

    + Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that supports student-athlete development.

    + Attend all practices, games, competitions, and events as scheduled.

    + Supervise student-athletes at all team activities.

    + Help coordinate transportation, uniforms, and equipment as needed.

    + Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.

    + Uphold and enforce team rules, school policies, and athletic code of conduct.

    + Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

    + Encourage academic achievement and responsible behavior from team members.

    + Assumes any other appropriate duties as assigned by head cheer coach and the activities director.
