    _Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst. This position is located in_ **_Roy, UT_** _and supports the Sentinel Program._

    Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    + This Program Control Analyst position will, under general direction, interface with the program managers, IPT business managers, and cost control analysts to provide accurate EVM data for analysis to meet program requirements.

    + Candidate will have experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and be able to apply them to multiple contracts

    + Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks include establishment of Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled, assessment and maintenance of objective performance criteria, maintenance and justifications of estimates to complete, and support to internal and external reporting requirements for variance analysis.

    + Budget baseline, funding analysis, cost risk analysis/assessment and visibility reports, preparation of government cost performance reports and preparation and/or review of performance measurement variance analysis as well as development and analysis of estimates to complete.

    + Assist in the resolution of Corrective Action Requests (CAR) issued by both internal and external organizations

    + The ideal candidate will possess the following traits and abilities: ability to use financial systems, with understanding of EVMS principles and hands on cost performance reporting/analysis skills; develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity; analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques; work under very general supervision while completing numerous assignments per schedule and elevating potential issues to ensure proper management focus; exert some influence on peers and internal customers; good interpersonal skills while representing the group on special projects outside of own group.

    + This Program Control Analyst duties could include; support the development of budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration; support preparation of budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC; perform and/or assist in financial performance analyses and visibility

    Basic Education and Experience Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 0 years of related professional experience. 6+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

    + Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years

    + Experience with Power BI, SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Open Plan, Deltek Cobra/MPM, Deltek Acumen, OneIWO, and/or other Earned Value Management software

    + Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel

    + Aerospace/Defense Industry Experience

    + Strong analytical ability

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years)

    + Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling

    + Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience

    + Experience working with Level 1 EV

    + Aerospace/Defense Industry experience

    + Strong PC skills

    + Strong analytical ability

    + Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines

    + Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    + Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

     

    Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
