World models will power numerous domains, such as visual reasoning and simulation, planning for embodied agents, and real-time interactive entertainment. In this role, you'll be central to defining the vision and strategy for our next-generation models.

The role

Product managers at Google DeepMind identify and deliver on opportunities to apply cutting-edge research to products and infrastructure across Google and Alphabet, and that are used by millions of people. Working at Alphabet scale gives us a unique set of opportunities, allowing us to apply our research beyond the lab towards global and complex problems.

In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of the multimodal AI landscape and translate product opportunities and complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product plans. You will build excitement about the potential of multimodal technologies and drive their launch and adoption for consumers, developers and in Google products.

Key responsibilities:

+ Create and drive the roadmap

+ Establish novel use cases and product applications

+ Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy

+ Collaborate with the Gemini and Media teams to ensure a coherent model narrative

+ Operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

+ Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company

About you

In order to set you up for success as a Product Manager at Google DeepMind, we look for the following skills and experience:

+ Bachelor's degree.

+ 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related role.

+ 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.

In addition, the following would be an advantage:

+ Experience in product management, with a deep understanding of the AI/ML space

+ Strategic thinker with a bias for action

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

+ Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $183,000 - $271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
