Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Production Operator to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with experience in food production who are ready to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor mixing machines.

+ Bag and palletize products efficiently.

+ Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

+ Work flexible 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

+ Stand for long periods and work in confined spaces.

+ Perform tasks at elevated work platforms up to 30 feet above ground.

Essential Skills

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ 1 year of machine operating experience.

+ Ability to read and write legibly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience within food production is preferred.

+ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

+ Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts.

+ Comfortable with allergy restrictions: Soy, Wheat, Milk.

Work Environment

Work the day shift from 6 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is available when needed and can be volunteered for. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining quality production.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
