    Job Title: Production Associate III

    Job Description

    The Production Associate III is responsible for producing standard and custom medical devices to meet customer and quality requirements. This role involves following standard work instructions and company policies in a collaborative team environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Follow department work instructions and adhere to customer and industry standards for dental products.

    + Operate mechanical equipment as needed, according to work instructions.

    + Visually inspect medical devices and perform operations as directed.

    + Identify defective items and recommend appropriate disposition for rework or scrap.

    + Understand the product manufacturing process from initial steps through final inspection.

    + Complete all required documentation accurately.

    + Maintain a safe and clean work area.

    + Participate in cross-training for various manufacturing procedures.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Assembly and manufacturing experience in a production environment.

    + Ability to follow work instructions and operate machinery.

    + Experience with inspection and troubleshooting.

    + Understanding of SOP and GMP standards.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is an open manufacturing floor with strict safety procedures. Employees work at a workstation, alternating between sitting and standing throughout the day. The role is set in a regulated environment with security checks due to the handling of sensitive materials. The position operates on a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
