We are where innovation meets purpose; and where your career can meet purpose as well. We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to assist in both day-to-day business operations and the process improvement initiatives of our growing company.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will work alongside experienced professionals in areas such as business development, legal, compliance, marketing, HR, IT, and finance, contributing to important strategic initiatives. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who seeks to gain experience and build their career in a fast-paced, mission-focused company.
What will you do?
+ Assist in capturing feedback and documenting repeatable processes that improve standard operating procedures to support risk management, compliance, customer needs, corporate strategy, and the workforce.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage internal projects with a regular cadence and within established timelines by utilizing agile frameworks and performance indicators.
+ Help organize and maintain internal documentation and resources.
+ Provide logistics for events and meetings and support facilities management.
+ Travel on a limited basis based on company needs.
+ Promote and uphold company policies and help reinforce company culture through daily actions.
Requirements
Capabilities that will enable your success
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Science/Engineering, or equivalent work experience
+ 1-3 years of experience in an operations or project coordination role
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational and problem-solving skills
+ A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Software application experience including but not limited to Adobe, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Clearance Requirements
+ Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen and willing and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance at the Secret level. Existing clearance is preferred.
