    Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the NAVAIRSYSCOM HQ of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND. Responsibilities You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration. You will be responsible for overall DTS travel functions of the MAJCOM to include , but not limited to, the establishment of the organization and sub-organizations; create and maintain routing list; and establish and maintain personnel profiles. You will provide overarching travel policy and guidance to Command travel teams and personnel. You will update/maintain Travel Homepage, databases and distribute information effectively. You will pull and distribute daily reports/announcements to include, but not limited to, The Pending Airline Cancellation report, RSS Feeds, Training Announcements, TAC Calls. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band (NH-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Navigating the DTS platform and using the DTS DTA Maintenance Tool to perform key functions such as pulling reports, establishing organizations and sub-organizations, and maintaining routing lists and personnel profiles; 2) Managing and overseeing overall travel functions, including the establishment and maintenance of organizations, routing lists, groups, and personnel profiles within DTS; 3) Providing consistent, high-level travel support, including audit support, generating travel reports / analysis, and analyzing unique or uncommon travel requests to ensuring smooth coordination and problem resolution; 4) Providing travel policy, guidance, and adjudication, ensuring adherence to established standards; 5) Addressing travel issues, offering final determinations on policy matters, and maintaining effective communication with both internal personnel and external travel partners; 6) Disseminating relevant travel information across all levels of the Command..
