    UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital is seeking a Full Time Supervisor to support the Gift Shop!

     

    **This position will work various shifts.** _Hours are subject to change based on business needs._

    Purpose:

    The Gift Shop Supervisor oversees and coordinates all assigned personnel engaged in gift shop activities. This role will report to and interact with the Volunteer Service Board.

    Responsibilities:

    + Orient and train staff to ensure high level of customer service.

    + Follow and enforce policies and procedures within the department regarding cash control, monitoring daily bank deposits, etc.

    + Assist the Volunteer Service Board's buyers with the buying process. Meet with vendors and attends trade shows.

    + Prepare monthly reports on amount of sales and transactions to Sodexho/Marriott, Kohler's Florist, Wholesale and submit vouchers to Accounting Department.

    + Supervise gift shop staff of full- and part-time employees and volunteers.

    + Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

    + Five years of experience in retail including buying and inventory control.

    + Two years of experience in a supervisory capacity. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**
