    Mid-Continental Restoration Co., Inc.is accepting resumes for a Human Resource Generalist to work from our Fort Worth, TX office. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.

    Applicant Requirements

    Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

     

    Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

     

    Precise documentation and note taking skills

     

    HR degree and/or HR experience

     

    Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)

     

    Job Duties / Functions (partial list)

     

    Manage online job board postings

     

    Conduct interviews via phone , video conferencing, and in person

     

    Perform reference checks and background screens

     

    Select or help select the right candidates to join our team

     

    Make job offers and explain benefits

     

    Plan, schedule, and conduct new hire employee orientation

     

    Assist with company drug free workplace compliance

     

    Assist employees applying for seasonal or weather-related unemployment benefits

     

    Assist with coaching, disciplining, and separation of employment issues

     

    Attend job fairs (colleges, high schools, industry, and local)
