Responsibilities:
Performs complex clerical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment supporting clinical programs. Responsible for all clinic preparations, including but not limited to providers' time and calendar management while optimizing provider-patient schedule, coordination of patient care, and information/data support.
We’re seeking highly organized and proactive individuals to join our team as a **Physician Support Representative** . This fast-paced, patient-facing role provides advanced administrative support to providers, helping to manage complex schedules, coordinate surgical and clinical appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for provider(s)
+ Manage calendars and prioritize meetings and clinical activities
+ Coordinate surgeries, procedures, and all related logistics
+ Communicate with patients, surgical teams, and external partners
+ Assist with referrals, authorizations, and insurance-related documentation
+ Maintain accurate provider records and support documentation processes
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience
+ Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
+ Experience with EMR systems and medical terminology preferred
+ Ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
