    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Fernandina Beach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while ensuring smooth daily office operations.

     

    + Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone calls

    + Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email communications

    + Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical

    + Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

    + Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar management

    + Process basic financial transactions and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

    + Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

    + Operate standard office equipment including printers, copiers, and scanners

    + Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects

    + Prepare and format various business documents and reports

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    + Outstanding customer service skills

    + Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work

    + Experience with data entry and record keeping

    + Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

    + Basic bookkeeping knowledge

    + Professional phone etiquette

    + Strong filing and documentation management skills

    + Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently

    + Experience with office equipment operation
