    Required Skills:

    Client Solutions Manager - Marketplaces Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for developing strategic frameworks that balance short-term goals with long-term vision for account growth and client sophistication.

    2. Lead the deployment of global account plans and initiatives, coordinating collaborated efforts across internal and external teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across regions and markets.

    3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership at client and agency organizations.

    4. Embrace a leadership role in expansion strategies, defining budgets and providing recommendations for the businesses.

    5. Lead the exploration of new revenue streamlines and global expansion opportunities to drive growth and increase profitability.

    6. Develop and implement plans to enter new markets, expand existing ones, and diversify revenue streams through innovative products and services.

    7. Understand and effectively navigate the escalation process to resolve high-risk challenges.

    8. Negotiate complex opportunities and optimize campaigns to deliver strong returns on investment for clients.

    9. Lead and manage complex workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

    10. Employ consultative selling techniques to understand clients' needs and develop tailored proposals that drive revenue and business growth.

    11. Utilize technical background in product development, user experience (UI/UX), consumer journey and platform integration to work closely with cross-functional teams (product, measurement, marketing, and engineering) in the development of scalable solutions for clients.

    12. Develop and implement innovative marketing and advertising strategies, guiding media and creative execution to achieve client objectives and KPIs.

    13. Oversee measurement, tracking, and optimization to deliver measurable results.

    14. Drive adoption of new solutions and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.

    15. Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing science, product, and business engineering, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client solutions.

    16. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and agency partners across diverse industries, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    17. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related field

    18. Requires 3 years of experience in the following skills:

    19. 1. Driving client growth through consultative, data-driven digital media strategies

    20. 2. Leveraging the Marketplace landscape for emerging and developed markets, including seller acquisition strategies

    21. 3. Developing C-suite relationships, providing specialized guidance and building extensive networks

    22. 4. Working with complex, multilingual, regional, and global clients

    23. 5. Identifying emerging market opportunities and design targeted optimization programs

    24. 6. Identifying business gaps and opportunities to deliver actionable insights to leadership

    25. 7. Working with measurement solutions, such as MMM and experimental design

    26. 8. Analyzing data using Excel, Tableau, or SQL and translating data insights to strategic recommendations

    27. 9. Working cross-functionally to design and implement experimental marketing solutions

    28. 10. Managing advertising and business campaign creation, management, and performance tracking

    29. 11. Accelerating product adoption through beta/alpha testing and strategic alignment with client goals

    30. 12. Creating and delivering internal and external training materials

    31. 13. Conducting in-market research to generate actionable insights which impact global marketing strategies

    Public Compensation:

    $193,085/year to $198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
