Developer Support Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for bug reports and platform development questions raised by the Meta developer community.
2. Manage technical and product issues and escalations to resolve issues and scale developer support with Sales and Partnership growth.
3. Engage with operations and product teams to build, drive, and improve tools and processes.
4. Design and build tools to improve the support experience for developers.
5. Help other engineers while also designing and developing tools for the future.
6. Work with multiple platform products including Meta, Messenger, and Instagram.
Minimum Qualifications:

7. Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field and 6 months of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation
8. Requires 6 months of experience in the following:
9. 1. C, C++, C# or Java
10. 2. Python, PHP or Ruby
11. 3. Identifying and resolving software bugs and issues
12. 4. Linux or UNIX
13. 5. Elasticsearch and Kibana and
14. 6. AWS Cloud Computing
Public Compensation:
$214,461/year to $234,630/year + bonus + equity + benefits
