    Manufacturing Engineer

     

    Specialized Recruiting Group has an exciting new opening for a Manufacturing Engineer in Peosta, IA! This position will be responsible for enhancing manufacturing processes and systems to improve quality, efficiency, and safety. Duties include designing equipment, optimizing workflows, managing projects, resolving production issues, and supporting automation (including programming PLCs and robotics). Works cross-functionally to meet project goals and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

    Qualifications:

    + Engineering degree or relevant experience

    + Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation

    + Experience with CAD, PLCs, and quality systems

    + Strong problem-solving and project management skills
