    Looking for a Conversion Operator at our Mauldin, SC location

     

    Shift: 7am-4pm EST

    Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for picking, staging, organizing, packing, loading product, and materials

    + Read and comprehend written documents such as work instructions, job aids, forms, and apply these to the respective logistics area

    + Must be able to stand, stoop, lift, bend and twist all day

    + Utilize a forklift to move pallets and product

    + Build kits of products and palletize them

    + Able to work independently and as a team

    + Follow company packaging procedures and maintain high standards

    + Abide by company safety policies and procedures

    + Accurately account for product usage throughout projects and ensure product conversions take place to maintain inventory

    + Review procedures and actively work towards process improvements

    + Ensure safe working environment at all times

    + Maintain company cleanliness standards within assigned area

     

    Skills and Experience

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Experience in production or warehouse environments

    + Strong communication both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills

    + Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other system programs

    + Forklift experience preferred

    + Adaptable to work in a team or independently

    *Must have safety shoes*
