The Central Market Area Parts & Service Business Development Manager will support their Manager and Market Area Personnel in meeting/exceeding:
+ Customer Pay RO (Repair Order) Growth
+ Bulk Oil Retention
+ Elite ROs/Bay/Day Growth
+ Warranty RO Duration Reduction
+ Dealer Parts and Accessory Purchase Growth
+ Wholesale Sales (less D2D) Growth – both Mechanical and Collision
+ Ensure RepairLink and CollisionLink performance indicators are communicated weekly and identify opportunities for consultation
+ RIM (Retail Inventory Management) dealer enrollments and compliance
+ Work with lower performing dealerships to increase Fleet/Government coding
Please note this position is based in the Dallas Region – Candidate should be willing to travel 3+ day a week on a semi-regular basis – to include the entire CMA territory as needed.

The Central Market Area Parts & Service Business Development will be responsible for managing the collective Parts & Service business performance of the Market Area for appropriate growth and strategic direction – including but not limited to:
+ Analyze and communicate performance, and consult with Market Area/Regional personnel on meeting key objectives via Organizational Meetings, conference calls, etc. Provide training and instruction as needed (job aides, one-pagers, etc.)
+ Participate in and support the various business growth dealer meetings: Dealer Advertising Associations, Grass Roots, Dealer Council Meetings, etc.
+ Collaborating and building relationships with key stakeholders to capitalize on revenue growth opportunities:
+ Market Area/Regional personnel and key Marketing, Sales, and Field Operations personnel in the General Office
+ Wholesale Zone Managers (CPWD)
+ Ford Pro in Market (SEBM team)
+ Managing the development, implementation, and education of effective Local and National programs, events (promotions, incentives, training sessions, etc.), and advertising/merchandising strategies toward meeting/exceeding Customer Pay Parts/Service, Wholesale Parts and Ford Pro Parts objectives.
+ Own enrollment reports, field communications, and all Sharepoint/shared sites for report housing.
+ Assist in preparing registration forms, communications, and presentations for account meetings conducted by the General and Regional Manager (Grass Roots meetings, Fixed Operations Improvement meetings – Ready for Retail, Ready for Wholesale, etc).
+ Provide back-up coverage in the event a Zone Manager (SEBM, CPWD, Ownership) needs assistance (emergency situation)
You'll have:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field of study
+ 3+ years of professional field sales experience, must have experience traveling in a sales role
+ Ability to Travel in market that may require overnight travel (i.e. Hotel Stays Tuesdays to Fridays)
+ Minimum Travel Required: will vary but could be 3 or more days per week to local sites in market – up to a four hour drive time in market per day
Even Better, if you have:
+ Parts & Service Experience preferred
+ Field Parts Sales experience preferred
+ Strong Dealer Fixed Operations acumen
+ Ability to think both tactically and strategically
+ Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
+ Self-starter and able to work independently
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint
+ Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate internally with peers and externally with Dealership Partners
+ Willingness to work in an environment of transformation and change, work with tight timelines, and drive continued process improvement
+ Flexibility and ability to cope with changing priorities
