    Position: Machine Operator

    Salary: $20+/hour

     

    Schedule: 1 st Shift (5:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

     

    Contract Type: Temporary to Hire

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for candidate(s) with experience in a continuous process machining environment with a strong focus on Quality and Teamwork to join the team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Strong work history with at least 2-3 years of experience.

    Responsibilities:

    + Continuous process machining environment.

    + Work with hand tools and power tools.

    + Proficient in the use of precision gages

    + Load, stack, and transport stock, tool, and work in process by hand or crane.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    + Ability to read and understand blueprints

    + Motivated, detail oriented and the ability to perform as a team player

    + Good reading and math skills

    + Strong analytical skills, mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity

    + High school education or GED

    + Able to read, write, and speak English

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills
