Join our team as an experienced Manufacturing Engineering professional, where you'll play a key role in designing efficient layouts and optimizing the sequence of operations across production lines. You'll ensure all necessary modifications are implemented to meet regulatory and safety standards, driving compliance and operational excellence. What You Will Do:
+ Apply engineering knowledge and collaborate with other organizations to improve manufacturing operations.
+ Own all phases of project execution from concept development through deployment and manufacturing.
+ Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple engineering projects.
+ Participate in cross functional teams to ensure effective deployment to live production.
+ Prioritize tasks to ensure that the team’s overall resources are used effectively and that deadlines are met.
+ Maintain current knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and develop related project proposals.
+ Effectively communicates with operations and technical leadership on proposals and active projects.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field
+ Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial engineering, preferred
+ Knowledge in systems with positive and negative pressure.
+ Background in Manufacturing, Testing Support in a low volume high-mix factory, preferred
+ Experience with metal joining processes such as welding and brazing.
+ Programming protocols experience.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
+ Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience using analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and resolve issues and mitigate risks.
+ 3+ years of experience as an Mechanical, Electrical or manufacturing engineer.
