Your role and responsibilities
As an Oracle Cloud Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Leadership in SAP Development: Lead the development team for new SAP installations and improving solutions.
• Global Collaboration and Support: Collaborate and support global delivery members over technical and administrative features.
• Continuous Improvement Advocate: Work within a continuous improvement framework, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems
As of November 2024, Accelalpha has been acquired by IBM and will be integrated in the IBM organization. Your recruitment process will be managed by IBM. IBM will be the hiring entity.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the US
Required technical and professional expertise
4 years of client facing consulting experience
4 years in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) with experience in BML and BMQL
4 years of experience with project life cycle methodology
3+ years of experience with Scrum-Agile delivery within a client contracted services environment
Preferred technical and professional experience
Proven track record of leading successful CPQ projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support, preferably in a consulting environment.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud platform, including configuration, pricing rules, workflows, and integrations.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience and familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and XSL
Experience on JavaScript and CSS for Oracle CPQ UI Customization
Proven experience in migrating code between instances
Experience with eCommerce and CRM solutions is a plus
Oracle certifications in CPQ Cloud or related areas are highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
