• Graphic Designer- Loyalty/ CRM

    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on Loyalty and CRM to join a collaborative in-house design team based onsite in Dallas, TX.

     

    In this role, youll lead the design and execution of brand-aligned creative across digital channels, with a particular emphasis on CRM email content, loyalty program assets, and customer engagement campaigns. Youll also contribute to broader brand initiatives including in-restaurant materials, packaging, and digital marketing.

     

    The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in both digital and print designespecially within CRM and email marketing. You should be passionate about brand storytelling, customer experience, and creating visually compelling content that drives engagement and loyalty.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -3+ Years Graphic Design experience

     

    -Experience working on loyalty content and/or CRM such as email marketing

     

    -Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

     

    -Ability to pivot quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

    -B2C Experience -Food and Beverage experience null
