• Senior Program Manager

    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to lead cross-functional collaboration across the full product development lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on process excellence over product. Responsibilities include driving stakeholder alignment, managing engineering improvement initiatives, and overseeing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs using Stage-Gate methodologies to ensure milestone adherence and risk mitigation. The position supports change management efforts and fosters a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and SCRUM practices. It also involves mentoring teams, deploying enterprise-wide process enhancements, and communicating progress through structured updates and audits to ensure consistency and sustained impact. This role requires up to 10% travel annually based on business needs. Salary: 140k-175k

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science or IT

     

    - 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager, managing end-to-end aspects of the product development lifecycle (emphasis on process)

     

    - 8+ years of experience deploying CAPA's (Corrective action preventative action)

     

    - Regulated background

     

    - 4+ years of experience in people leadership in engineering, manufacturing or project management - Electromechanical background null
