Responsibilities
As the Ministry Formation Manager for our Wisconsin market, you will oversee the direct delivery and facilitation of programs, services and resources for Ministry Formation. Please note this position is on-site, covering multiple healthcare facility locations. Approximately 50% local/regional travel is required, driving among multiple healthcare facility locations per day/week. Very occasional out-of-state travel may be needed. Other responsibilities include:
+ Create, evaluate and revise work plans and delivery processes needed to directly provide programs, services and resources to Formation.
+ Work collaboratively with the ministry market mission integration executive leadership to advance overall mission integration.
+ Collaborate with others to integrate ministry identity within key areas of assignment and accountability and through specific initiatives, programs and priorities.
+ Foster a culture of theological and spiritual reflection, ethical discernment and Mission and Values within teams and areas of responsibility.
Requirements
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree in Theology, Spirituality, Divinity, Pastoral Studies, Healthcare Mission Leadership, Ethics, Servant Leadership, or related field is required. Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
Work Experience:
+ 1 year applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 1 year of leadership/management experience required.
Additional Preferences
+ Master's degree in Religious Studies preferred.
+ Working understanding of Ministry Formation as defined by the Catholic Health Association of the United States.
+ Capacity to facilitate standard and curated curriculum and experiences in small and large-group environments.
+ Strong, positive interpersonal and communication skills with direct report, colleagues, and program participants.
+ Ability to lead in a matrixed environment, with teams both locally and nationally.
+ Strong program management and planning skills.
+ Knowledge of or capacity to quickly learn healthcare operations.
