    About The Role:

    As a Senior Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI (Gen AI), you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying innovative Gen AI solutions. This role emphasizes deep technical expertise and innovation, with a focus on building scalable models and systems that deliver measurable business impact. You will partner with various teams to discover opportunities, prototype solutions, and drive adoption of Gen AI technologies across the organization.

    What You'll Do:

    + Design and implement Gen AI models using state-of-the-art architectures and platforms such asCrewAI,LangStudio, Google SDK, and transformer-based frameworks.

    + Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and other Gen AI models for a variety of domain-specific use cases, optimizing for performance, relevance, and safety.

    + Conduct research and experimentation to evaluate new Gen AI techniques and their applicability to business problems.

    + Develop scalable pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

    + Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust and efficient data infrastructure.

    + Analyze model outputs and performance metrics to continuously improve accuracy, relevance, and efficiency.

    + Create reusable components and frameworks to accelerate Gen AI development across teams.

    + Keep informed about Gen AI advancements and contribute to internal innovation efforts.

    + Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    What You'll Need:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years focused on Gen AI or LLMs.

    + Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Gen AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face,LangChain,OpenAIAPI,PyTorch).

    + Deep understanding of NLP, deep learning, and generative modeling techniques.

    + Experience with model evaluation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.

    + Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) andMLOpspractices.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on sophisticated technical challenges.

    + Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts and influence adoption.

    + Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and embedding models.

    + Contributions to open-source Gen AI projects or published research.

    + Experience with multimodal models (e.g., image + text).

    + Knowledge of data privacy and responsible AI practices.
