As a CBRE Contract Sr. Manager, you will oversee the team responsible for the administrative management of contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. This role will be responsible for account operations management, monthly business reviews and QBRs.
What You’ll Do:
+ **KPIs/SLAs:** Develop and monitor KPIs to measure contract performance and process improvement success. Ensure adherence to SLAs to meet contractual and service delivery standards. Track and report on accomplishments and performance objectives.
+ **Quarterly Business Reviews:** Conduct and participate in quarterly business reviews to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and align with strategic goals. Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to key partners.
+ **Process Improvement Initiatives:** Lead and manage process improvement projects, track their progress, and report on their impact. Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeframe.
+ **Account Strategic Initiatives Implementation:** Implement strategic initiatives across client accounts, focusing on process improvements, contract optimization, and service enhancements. Ensure alignment with client objectives.
+ **Overall Comms Strategy:** Implement communication strategies to keep team members informed of progress, changes, and achievements. Effectively communicate complex topics and ensure alignment with things we value.
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
+ Review, interpret, and evaluate complex contract and service agreements.
+ Answer escalated customer inquiries pertaining to the modification of existing contracts.
+ Prepare and evaluate high-value proposals for new or continuation of existing contracts and make award recommendations.
+ Negotiate and monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
+ Review amendments to existing contracts or requests for extensions. Provide recommendations of approval or alternative solutions.
+ Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
+ Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
+ Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
+ Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
