What we want
The Program Coordinator II supports the successful execution of health and outreach programs by assisting in daily operations, coordinating staff and logistics, maintaining data and documentation, and fostering collaboration with partners. This role ensures effective planning, communication, and implementation of program activities across various locations. Responsibilities also include data entry across all programs, creation and maintenance of flyers and marketing materials, and participation in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance program impact and effectiveness.

Salary: $4,583.34/ month

Please note: This position is grant funded; future employment may be contingent upon future funding.
Schedule: Ability to work beyond normal office hours and/or on weekends as needed.
Travel: This position may require up to 20% or more travel
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field and 4 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bilingual (English and Spanish). Ability to travel to various locations.

+ Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
+ Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
+ Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

+ Ability to lift moderately heavy objects with assistance.
Responsibilities
Program Operations and Staff Coordination
+ Plans and implements program activities, outreach events, and community engagements.
+ Coordinates scheduling for program staff to ensure coverage for events and classes.
+ Manages internal calendars and communicates scheduling updates to the team.
+ Organizes and facilitates team meetings, planning sessions, and committee meetings.
+ Prepares meeting agendas, records and distributes minutes, and tracks follow-up items.
+ Develops and maintains program materials, handouts, and participant resources.
+ Manages programmatic supply inventory and ensures readiness for all activities .
+ Creates and maintains program marketing materials to support program visibility and outreach.
+ Travels to various locations for program implementation and outreach support.
Data & Documentation Management
+ Enters and maintains accurate data in designated tracking systems and databases.
+ Collects and organizes program data related to participation, outcomes, and impact.
+ Assists with compiling and reviewing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Supports program evaluation through documentation, data analysis and feedback tracking.
Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Assists in the development, implementation, and review of program policies and procedures.
+ Participates in strategic planning sessions and supports continuous quality improvement.
+ Helps align program activities with organizational goals and objectives.
+ Participates in events, trainings, and professional development opportunities relevant to program coordination and outreach.
