    Our client, a leading manufacturing entity, is seeking a Machine Feeder/Offbearer to join their team. As a Machine Feeder/Offbearer, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Feeder/Offbearer

    **Location:** Crawfordsville, IN

    **Pay Range:** $20 per hour

    **Shift:** Monday to Friday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Feed materials into machines for processing.

    + Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary.

    + Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

    + Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

    + Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.

    + Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

    + Ability to pass a Background Check

    + Ability to pass a Drug Screen
